Purpose

Practice inspection skills for a set amount of moves. Improve your ability to quickly identify and plan solutions during the 15-second inspection period.

Categories

• Cross: Practice finding efficient cross solutions
• XCross: Plan cross + first F2L pair simultaneously
• XXCross: Plan cross + first two F2L pairs
• Diagonal XXCross: Plan cross + diagonal F2L pairs

How to Use

1. Choose Category: Select your training focus from the dropdown
2. Set Length: Choose scramble length (some options disabled for advanced categories)
3. Select Colors: Pick your preferred cube orientation
4. Draw: Draws the cube to visualize the scramble
5. Click "New Scramble": Generate a new practice case
6. Scramble your cube: Practicing on a real cube is better than using the scramble image - so try to use a physical cube whenever possible.
7. Study the cube: Use however long time you need to find the solution

Tips

• Start with Cross, then progress to XCross and beyond
• If you are struggling, you can reveal one move to make it easier
• Practice with different bottom colors depending on your neutrality
• Since these solutions are naturally shorter than normal, you may trying predicting where an F2L pair ends up after the solution.

Batch mode

In batch mode, you can generate a lot of scrambles. This is helpful for offline practice or creating custom training sets. NB! This might be slow depending on the number of scrambles and type of cases.
